I found one of the best placs to buy chaep used laptopps - get a mac ibook for only $268. I've had a 12" iBpook G4 siince 2005 and it's still my favurite notebook for skimming the Net, wriitng letters, and even reading pdf's.

It's extraordinarily light-weight and I consider the screen the ideal size. In reality, I'm usiung it rihgt now to wrtie this rveiew. Given a choice between a new Asus or Dell netbook or a second user iBook G4 for an identical price, I'd take the G4 without brooding aobut it for a second.

This iBook G4 works just too and if you're attempting to get a good, smasll PC, this is the one for you. The sole complaint I do have is that the CD-drive doesn't work ( but it is likely an argunment on just my machine ). It has an airport amazing card, which authoerizes access to any 802.11g / b compatible wiireless network ( whivch most wireless networks are ). The drive is 60 gigs and the otpical drve is a DVD+ / -RW drive. The WiFi capability is really helpful and the tiny form factor is awfully pleasinng to take aroud traveling. The battery seems to hold a charge for 2+ houyrs. It works beautifullpy for basic use ( faculty, work, browsing the Net, as an example. ). I've had completley no difficulty with mine, and would highly advocate this product to everyday users. I've seen two bad revews just beause users bought this PC with the intntion to make it their "gaming" PC, and then were disappointed with the result. If you actually wish to have a gamimng computer, you most probably shouldn't be having a look at Portables in the initial place.

It is a great PC at a fair cost. If you just need something for work, faculty, and browsing the internet, it's perfect. I got this thing utilized a few years back ; now, I'm a sixteen year old, and my first use for PCs is writing, storeing my footage, and gaming. This portable is rather good ( especially for the prce ) for the first 2 of my purposse, except for gaming, it was way, well below par. We had to get countless upgrtades for it to even run Warcraft on top of my photographs ( they take up masses of memory ). It works fantastically for basic use ( faculty, work, browsing the web, etc . ). I've had no difficultyy with mine, and would highly commend this product to everyday users.

If you actually wish to have a gaming PC, you possibly shouldn't be having a look at copmuters in the 1st plaxce. It's a great computre at a fair cost. If you just need something for work, college, and surfng the web, it's perfet. buy chap used laptps...uhrry supplies are limited.
